State Street Maple is a well-branched deciduous tree with upright branching forming a rounded crown. Its thick green palmate foliage that turns a brilliant golden yellow in fall. Grows best in moist and lightly acidic well-drained soils. As the name suggests, State Street makes for an excellent street tree, with excellent disease and pest resistance, as well as urban, heat, and drought tolerance.
