Mint Truffles Cotyledon is an evergreen succulent with branching stems sporting clusters of its flattened fleshy spoon-shaped foliage that is pale mint green with a fine red picotee edge that becomes more pronounced as the weather cools. Fragrant orange-red flowers bloom at the end of the stems in early summer. Best color with part sun and dry to medium well-drained soils. Drought tolerant once established.
