This product is only available in store. Visit our Nursery for more information.
Cucumber is a frost tender anual vine with a climbing or spreading habit that grows long vegitable fruits ready for harvest within 70 days. The yields and sizes depends on the cultivar, and can vary from 4-10 inches. They can be used for pickles if harvest at 2-4" or eaten fresh. The tubular yellow mid summer flowers are also edible. Best grown on trellises in full sun and rich, moist well-drained acidic soils. Intolerant of frost, sow after soil is over 70F.
