Kahori Dianthus is a compact mat-forming perennial with tidy blue green foliage and sturdy hairy stems that do not flop. The large fragrant pink-lavender flowers bloom from early spring into summer if deadheaded. Blooms best in full sun and slightly alkaline, moist, and well-drained soil.
