hNeon Algerian Ivy is a vigorous self-clinging woody evergreen vine with large thick and glossy lobed dark green leaves that emerge bright chartreuse. Grows best with some shade and fertile, well-drained lightly acidic soil. Drought tolerant once established. Neon rarely flowers, but can still spread aggressivly in ideal conditions if not trimmed when outdoors.
