President Hibiscus is a tender tropical shrub treated as an annual with toothed foliage and large, bright coral red tube-like flowers with showy extended stamen. Outside plants in their zones will flower year-round or till frost, while indoor plants bloom from mid summer into fall. Grows best with full sun and rich, moist well drained soils.
