Split-Leaf Philodendron is a large non-climbing woody evergreen shrub with huge deeply-dissected foliage that rises up on long stalks from the crown in a rosette-like formation.  The small white flowers rarely bloom when indoors.  Grows best with bright indirect sun with protection from afternoon sun and consistently moist well-drained soils.  Planting in a pot can help restrict the plant's size for patios or indoors- 6 1/2 ft is typical for a potted Split-Leaf.

Sometimes sold under its old name, Philodendron selloum.
