Cotton Candy Meadow-Rue is an upright herbaceous perennial with lacy green compound foliage. Airy clusters of soft lilac pink puff-like flowers bloom from late spring to mid summer. Grows best in part sun and rich well-drained soils. Tolerates hot and humid summers. Cotton Candy has high disease resistance.
